Shauna Watts, co-founded Lindsey Forwarders, Inc., with her husband Merrill Watts in 1989. She currently serves as President and took over day-to-day operations in 1998. Her greatest strength is the passion she has for providing her customers with an unparalleled value proposition and customer experience–she seamlessly fits each piece of the international logistics puzzle into a trouble-free set of documents that magically get the cargo to end up at the right place, at the right time, and with no surprises. She applies the same passion in her gardens when the sun sets late in the evening where she can be found moving old plants to new places, bringing in exotic new ones, weeding, and endlessly killing slugs. Her three children and two grandchildren bring her immense joy. Shauna has a BS in Sociology from Brigham Young University, 1982 and has been married to Merrill since 1983.

Merrill Watts, co-founder with Shauna Watts, served as the President of Lindsey Forwarders from 1989 through 1998. He earned an MBA at Harvard Business School in 1987 and a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University in 1983. He loves to watch birds, play the saxophone, take pictures of his grandkids, and generally hang-out in the out-of-doors.

Brad Jeffries has been the world’s greatest Chief Technology Officer and IT Strategist since the inception of Lindsey Forwarders in 1989. He designed the legacy “Magic” software that has made it possible for the team to process hundreds of shipments each month. While he is a contract worker and not actually on the payroll, after twenty amazing years we have given him his own desk right in front of servers.
